I saw this saying on social media and it made me realize a lot of us have to find a new way of life – Old keys won’t open new doors.
For me and I’m going to assume almost everyone in the world, that’s getting closer to God. The past month or so I’ve been having this dreaded feeling and the only thing that subsides this feeling the most is my walk with God.
My walk with God these days consists or reading my Bible everyday to try and get an understanding of the word. I completely stopped listening to secular music, and have suddenly picked up the interest of following the instructions that was given to me years ago like writing on this blog.
I know this will change once I gain a stronger connection with God, but this is the start of my new way of life and I truly find peace in it. Now, faith i’m still working on, there are things going on in my life I’m not ready to talk about and still looking for God to turn around as well.
So in light of the new season and more time in the sun, remember old keys won’t open new doors.
