Most of the time we are our worst enemy. We critique everything we do, say, wear, think etc. You know our mind has a crazy way of playing tricks with/ on us. Making us feel like the thoughts we have is how others view us. Think about something you’re self conscious about, the first thing that comes to mind when you thin about it is other people notice it right away, and that they’re disgusted with the thought of it. Just staring at it. But if you think about it its all your idea of yourself and 20 time out of 10 no one gives a shit because they’re worried about their own insecurities.
Something I’m trying so I can get over my own negative thoughts are positive affirmations and also changing my way negative way of thinking about myself to positive thoughts.
If you tell yourself you can’t do something, you’re not good enough, you’ll never accomplish that goal you have for yourself. If you can think about a certain goal, I do believe you have the capabilities to bring it to life otherwise you wouldn’t have thought about it. Lets try together to rewire our way minds way of thinking, and get rid of our worst enemy.
