To me being resilient means having the ability to bounce back from adversary. Being able to withstand anything life throws at you. Depending on what you’re experiencing, there are different types of resiliency. The main two I would like to focus on is psychological and emotional resilience.
Psychological resilience it the ability to remain calm during stressful or trying times. Emotional resilience your ability of responding to stress and how you control your emotions. Having a positive outlook despite anything you maybe going through.
Life demands that we all be resilient in some way, in order to protect ourselves with life gets overwhelming, and helps us gain control of stressful situations. Plus helps us manage our mental health. Being resilient is an amazing trait to have. It helps prove to yourself that you can get out of any situation you are in, it proves that you are indeed smarter that your problems.
So continue proving to yourself and others that you can overcome anything thrown your way. God made you for a reason and you are stronger than any overwhelming life event.
