Anxious Suffering

To me we put our self through this type of suffering because we know we must be doing something to better our lives or someone else, but we are not doing it. Even if its the simplest of tasks, we talk ourselves out of doing it then feel anxious about the outcome of not doing said task. why do we do this when we know we would feel this way. we know that we are fully capable of achieving whatever it is, but yet we don’t act on it.

What are some techniques you use to pull yourself out of this cycle, because it seems to be a reoccurring theme every month with this blog and I.
