Healing my mindset

Feeding off of yesterday’s post changing your perception. Today I’ll focus on healing your mindset. To me healing your mindset means to change the way you think. For example instead of saying why does this always happen to me, try changing that thought process to what am I suppose to learn from this lesson. 

With me asking myself this one question I am able to change the entire scenario for myself. Now, instead of me seeing the bad in every situation, I’m seeing how I can grow, learn and move on from it. The past me in any minor situation would react poorly, this would make sense once you understand my life and upbringing a bit more. But now that I’m older I have more wisdom and understanding to work through my feelings and what others maybe going through.

I changed my mindset from me to others. Now I pose the question what is this person going through that they have to do or say such things to me, and how can I help them see the light at the end of the tunnel.By healing my mindset, my stress levels feels like the dropped tremendously and I feel better about myself in the long run.
