Life Reset

Every now and then it is important to have a life reset day. A day to reevaluate your goals, routines etc. From the time you created your life goals to now you have changed, maybe your passions changed too. How you can tell is by how motivated you feel every morning to get up and accomplish said tasks.

I don’t know about you, but for me sometimes I get tired of doing the something everyday. So I change up my day-to-day routine, for me switching up goals is way too much of a task for me so I stick to routines. I know that I still want to accomplish certain goals, but I switch up my routine of getting there. How I do this, I use a planner and I go in a few months at a time and rearrange how I want to accomplish a goal. For example for this blog I know I want to create a certain number of posts a month, as that month progresses I may or may not go a few days without posting. There I have to reevaluate how I’m going to accomplish the goal of the number of posts I ave to create for the month.

By reevaluating your routine, you don’t change the main goal. You’ll still accomplish the goal but in a different time frame. This helps me not feel so overburdened and upset that I didn’t complete the initial setup, but I still accomplished the goal. Hopefully that made sense.
